Jay’s love for the microphone began at an early age

 

Jay worked as part of the Emmy Award winning ABC Sports team for coverage of the Indy 500, the first Emmy awarded for sports programming.  He also helped put one of the first stereo television stations "on the air", then WPDS-TV.  WISU, WAAC, WFYI, WTHI, WRTV and WXIN would all utilize Jay.

 

Jay graduated with a BS in Speech Communications: Radio-TV-Film, he's DJ'd at weddings and parties, served as the "Voice of God" for numerous corporate meetings and events, and made a record with his Jazz Ensemble!  He's worked in educational, public, and commercial radio and television.  He's narrated for The Walt Disney Company and live announced for shows at Disney's Magic Kingdom.  

 

After several years in live network television for both ABC and CBS, Jay focused his career on the production of corporate videos for sales & marketing, motivation, training and e-Learning, mergers & acquisitions, and national ad campaigns.  

 

Jay’s creative and technical skills have placed him on production teams creating themed attractions and location based entertainment for Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museums as well as work on feature films, network programming, and national ad campaigns.

 

Jay was a Global Entertainment Manager for The Walt Disney Company.  Rising quickly through the ranks he went on to become manager of the Walt Disney World Entertainment Rigging Team, Technical Director for Walt Disney Entertainment, and Entertainment Technical Operations Manager for Disney Cruise Lines.

 

With over 30 years of experience in sales, advertising, marketing, training, producing, and directing for thousands of commercial, corporate, educational and entertainment productions, Jay’s hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective and understanding of the pragmatic and creative demands of audio production for providing the very best in voice talent and sound studio services.
